Shunxi Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the development, design, and production of PCBAs for electronic products such as toys, medical aesthetics, lighting, watches, and small household appliances.

We have passed IATF16949 quality management system certification and implement MES material management system and Kingdee ERP production management system.

We possess the full-process technology, management, and production capabilities from MCU software development, electronic hardware design, electronic component procurement, production, testing, packaging, and shipping, providing customers with efficient, stable, and cost-effective electronic product PCBAs. Our process involves receiving customer requirements, convening R&D engineers to review solutions, designing schematics, developing MCU software, creating PCB layouts, debugging samples, obtaining customer confirmation, preparing BOMs, ordering materials, producing, testing, packaging, and shipping.

We have 120 employees, including 5 R&D engineers, 10 quality management personnel, 20 production management personnel, and 85 production staff.

Production equipment includes: 5 IC programmers, 5 SMT production lines, 1 wave soldering production line, and 3 testing lines. Our daily PCBA production capacity is 20,000 pieces, meeting customer demand.
