• Shunxi Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the development, design, and production of PCBAs for electronic products such as toys, medical aesthetics, lighting, watches, and small household appliances.
• We have passed IATF16949 quality management system certification and implement MES material management system and Kingdee ERP production management system.
• We possess the full-process technology, management, and production capabilities from MCU software development, electronic hardware design, electronic component procurement, production, testing, packaging, and shipping, providing customers with efficient, stable, and cost-effective electronic product PCBAs. Our process involves receiving customer requirements, convening R&D engineers to review solutions, designing schematics, developing MCU software, creating PCB layouts, debugging samples, obtaining customer confirmation, preparing BOMs, ordering materials, producing, testing, packaging, and shipping.
• We have 120 employees, including 5 R&D engineers, 10 quality management personnel, 20 production management personnel, and 85 production staff.
• Production equipment includes: 5 IC programmers, 5 SMT production lines, 1 wave soldering production line, and 3 testing lines. Our daily PCBA production capacity is 20,000 pieces, meeting customer demand.
